Job summary

NCH Healthcare System in Naples, FL is seeking a Pharmacy Technician – Sterile Compounding Regulations & Integrity to support safe, standardized, survey-ready sterile compounding across the system. Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Pharmacy Technician in the State of Florida.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certificate required.
• ASHP certificate in sterile compounding to be completed within 3 months after start date.
• Over 1 year of experience in hazardous and non-hazardous sterile compounding.
• Knowledge of USP 797/800 compliance, environmental monitoring, and auditing.
• Reliable, with integrity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sterile hazardous and non-hazardous compounding on two hospital campuses.
• Monitor competency surveillance and verify documentation.
• Maintain glove fingertip sampling records.
• Coordinate environmental monitoring and facilities documentation.
• Coordinate non-sterile (USP 795) compounding education.
• Ensure survey readiness and quality assurance of sterile compounding environments.
• Support IV room inventory, supply and workflow with campus teams to maintain par levels.
• Act as a resource and preceptor for new technicians with safe feedback.
