Job summary
Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking a Pharmacy Sterile Compounding Technician to support safe, standardized sterile operations across its health system. You will assist in inpatient pharmacy duties, maintain compliance, and coordinate with leadership to ensure survey-ready processes.
Required: Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician, CPhT, ASHP sterile compounding certificate within 3 months, and 1+ year in sterile compounding.
Qualifications
- Must be a Florida-registered pharmacy technician.
- CPhT certification required.
- ASHP certificate in sterile compounding within 3 months of start date.
- >1 year experience in sterile compounding.
Responsibilities
- Perform sterile compounding for inpatient pharmacy operations.
- Maintain competency records and environmental documentation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with USP standards and hospital policies.
- Coordinate with pharmacy leadership and other departments.
- Support inventory management to prevent expirations and excess stock.
