Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. is a Long-Term Care pharmacy serving long-term care facilities and assisted living communities. The technician role includes setup of the compounding room and IV medication preparation, along with inventory and adherence to policies.

Qualified candidates hold a GA Pharmacy Technician license with IV medication experience. PTCB certification is preferred, and previous pharmacy and data entry experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Mixes and packages IV medications.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties as directed.
• Participate in inventory of the pharmacy.
• Rotate stock of medication areas to assure quality controls.
• Maintain pharmacy standards and adherence to policies.
• Collaborate with team to support pharmacy goals.
• Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Able to work under the direction of a supervisor.

Qualifications

• Licensed GA Pharmacy Technician required.
