Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. seeks a licensed Florida Pharmacy Technician to join our CARE-driven team in Orlando. You will support compounding, IV medication preparation, inventory, and adherence to pharmacy standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities emphasize reliability, multitasking, organization, and collaboration with supervisors to deliver top-quality service to customers and colleagues, while maintaining accuracy and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Licensed FL Pharmacy Technician required.
• IV medication experience required.
• PTCB certification preferred.
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred.
• Previous data entry experience preferred.
• Must be reliable and execute multiple tasks assigned.
• Good organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to physically perform light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of a supervisor.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties as directed.
• Assist in setup of the compounding room, equipment, and supplies for preparation of compounding sterile solutions.
• Mixes and packages IV medications.
• Periodically participates in inventory of the pharmacy.
• Rotate stock of medication areas to assure quality controls.
• Responsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policies.
• Team player and collaborate with others to support the goals of the pharmacy.
• Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Schedule

• 7:00am-3:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays
