Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub is building a modern sterile compounding operation and seeks a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to prepare sterile medications daily. You will work in a cleanroom under the Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with SOPs and USP standards.

Ideal candidates have PharmD or BS in Pharmacy and Florida licensure eligibility, with 2+ years in sterile compounding. Expect a full-time on-site role with competitive salary and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy required.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing; eligible to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Compound sterile preparations following master formulation and batch records.
• Verify prescriptions and compounded products for accuracy and dosing.
• Follow USP standards and Hazardous Drugs handling.
• Support environmental monitoring and documentation.
• Collaborate with technicians and sterile lead to ensure accuracy and schedule.
