Job summary

OurPharma LLC in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a full-time Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to oversee and participate in the preparation of sterile products for the 503B Outsourcing Facility. This role collaborates with a team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.

Responsibilities include applying aseptic techniques, maintaining cGMPs, managing inventory, and contributing to R&D batches. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training and demonstrate understanding of policies and procedures
• Execute and supervise sterile compounding processes adhering to cGMPs/SOPs
• Oversee aseptic sterile compounding for final drug products, media fills, stability studies, and R&D batches
• Operate in a sterile cleanroom with proper handwashing, gloving, and gowning
• Monitor and maintain drug inventories and assist in API orders, with audits of controlled substances
• Collaborate professionally with intra- and inter-department staff
