Job summary

RPh on the Go in Starke, Florida is seeking a Pharmacist with a PharmD and active Florida license to lead sterile compounding and provide clinical services in a dynamic infusion pharmacy.

The contract-to-hire role runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and emphasizes regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and collaboration with physicians and nurses to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree and active Florida license required.
• Minimum of one year experience with sterile compounding.
• Experience with hazardous and non-hazardous sterile compounding per USP <797>, USP <800>, DEA, OSHA, and Board of Pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and verify physician medication orders.
• Perform sterile compounding and maintain USP <797> and <800> compliance.
• Final verification of compounded sterile preparations.
• Review medication profiles for safety and interactions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and environmental monitoring.
• Engage in QA activities and continuous process improvement.
• Manage compounding, batching, quality control and regulatory documents.
• Assist with inventory control and controlled substances oversight.
• Support policy development and staff training.
• Participate in meetings and conferences.
