Responsibilities

• Support sterile and non-sterile compounding workflow as needed.
• Counsel patients and communicate with prescribers when necessary.
• Supervise, support, and collaborate with pharmacy technicians and staff.
• Ensure adherence to USP <795>, <797>, and <800> standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and QA records.
• Participate in inventory management and medication handling.
• Contribute to SOP adherence and a culture of accountability and excellence.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time sterile compounding pharmacist with experience in both non-sterile and sterile compounding to support and oversee daily pharmacy operations. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who values quality, compliance, and teamwork — and who wants to be part of a pharmacy where their expertise truly matters.

You will work closely with pharmacy leadership, technicians, and lab staff to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations while maintaining exceptional standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations in compliance with state and federal regulations

• Support sterile and non-sterile compounding workflow as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in a 503A compounding pharmacy
