Job Summary and Qualifications

Role Summary: Interprets and evaluates the appropriateness of physicians’ orders and is responsible for the accuracy of the final product. Communicates drug information to all customers and provides pharmaceutical care.

What qualifications you will need:

• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Preferred Education: A residency and/or Pharm.D. degree is preferred.
• Required License: An active license to practice in North Carolina, or eligible to become licensed in North Carolina within 60 days.
• Preferred Experience: Previous hospital experience and/or pharmacy residency is desirable.
