Job summary

University of Kentucky Healthcare staffs special events with physicians, nurses, paramedics and EMTs. This position will fulfill the role of a Paramedic during UK staffed events, primarily at Keeneland race track meets. Qualifications

• Must hold Kentucky Paramedic licensure and current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.

• Ability to conduct physical assessments and identify medical emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care within the Kentucky paramedic scope of practice.
