Required License/Registration/Certification: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and valid Driver's License; American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for the Healthcare Provider valid for at least 6 months after employment date.

Physical Requirements

This position requires regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods and performing tasks with repetitive motions (such as typing); lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects weighing up to or over 50 pounds; standing or walking with objects weighing up to 25 pounds; working at heights above four feet; and exposure to risk of injury from moving, lifting, or positioning patients, equipment, or materials; loud noises; temperature extremes; and blood-borne/airborne pathogens; intermittently requires working in confined spaces; and occasionally requires job-related travel (less than 10% of time), exposure to hazardous chemicals and fumes including waste, radiation, burns, cuts/punctures, recombinant DNA or viral vectors, and combative/violent people.
