Advantis Medical Staffing is seeking a Stepdown travel nurse for a 13-week assignment at Deaconess Henderson Hospital in Henderson, Kentucky. The RN will provide progressive care, monitor patients, and collaborate with physicians and the care team in fast-moving situations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent Stepdown nursing experience.
• Active Kentucky RN License.

Responsibilities

• Monitor continuous telemetry and hemodynamic status, recognizing and escalating changes promptly
• Administer medications and IV therapy, including titratable drips approved for the unit, per facility protocol
• Care for patients on high-flow oxygen and non-invasive ventilation when assigned

Job description

This Stepdown travel nurse position in Henderson, Kentucky, with Advantis Medical is a 13-week Travel Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) contract at Deaconess Henderson Hospital. This role pays $2,050 per week and follows a Days shift with a 3x12 schedule.

In this Stepdown travel nursing role, you will provide progressive care in a hospital setting, assess and monitor patient conditions, support urgent interventions, document care accurately, and collaborate with physicians and the clinical care team during fast-moving patient situations.
