Job summary

Rosaires Care in Morganton, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (Stepdown Overflow) to provide evidence-based, high-acuity care to adult patients transitioning from intensive care, including cardiac, medical-surgical, and post-operative cases.

The RN will monitor complex patients, manage medications and infusions, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families on discharge needs to ensure safe transitions of care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
