Responsibilities

• Assess patient's condition at admission and each scheduled shift, reporting changes promptly
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and document care in the medical record
• Provide prompt, compassionate responses to patient requests and proactively anticipate needs
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures, translating medical terminology as needed
