Job summary

Mission Hospital, located in Asheville, North Carolina, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to coordinate the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborate with leadership to monitor nursing performance.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes, support admissions/discharges, and provide coaching and scheduling support as needed.

Qualifications

• One year or more of RN experience.
• Hospital nursing experience preferred.
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN) required.
• Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Licensed as a registered nurse by the NC Board of Nursing; eNLC may apply.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• National Certification in area of specialty preferred.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.
