Job summary

Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina, seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for Pulmonary Med/Surg to lead patient-centered care and coordinate nursing functions.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.

What qualifications you will need:

• Required Experience:One year of RN experience
• Preferred Experience:Hospital nursing experience
• Required Education:Associate degree in nursing (ADN)
• Preferred Education: Master of Science in nursing (BSN)
• Required LicenseMust have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON
