Job summary

VyTalent Solutions invites a Travel RN to join a hospital team in Baltimore, MD, for a 13-week contract. The role covers stepdown/IMC/PCU with responsibilities in post-operative cardiac care, EPIC documentation, and high-acuity patient management.

Qualifications

• RN required.
• BLS certification required.
• 2 years Cardiac open heart recovery experience.
• At least 2 previous travel assignments; strong Surgical IMC experience.
• EPIC, ICU experience required for management of High Acuity IMC patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients recovering from cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgeries.
• Support patients recovering from CABG, valve repairs, and valve replacements.
• Care for high-acuity patients in a surgical step-down and IMC environment.
• Monitor patients receiving cardiovascular and telemetry-level care.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery.
