This is a field-based remote position supporting the Boston, Massachusetts territory. The individual hired must reside within the assigned territory and travel to customer accounts throughout the region. Travel of up to 75% is required, and a valid driver's license is necessary to perform the responsibilities of the role. The position includes participation in an 18-month rotational training program with exposure to sales leadership, clinical education, customer engagement, and business initiatives. The Field STEP Sales Representative participates in an 18-month rotational development program designed to build clinical, technical, and commercial expertise within the Medical Surgical business. This role provides hands-on experience supporting customer accounts, learning product applications, participating in clinical and sales training, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support business objectives throughout the assigned territory. **Primary Responsibilities*** Support clinical procedures and provide product support in operating room environments.* Develop clinical and technical knowledge across Core Surgical, Gynecology, and Hernia product portfolios.* Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and existing customer accounts.* Assist with sales activities, territory planning, and strategic product conversion initiatives.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and business priorities.* Analyze business and territory data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements.* Participate in project reviews and implement process improvement recommendations.* Engage with sales leadership and healthcare stakeholders to gain exposure to hospital structures and decision-making processes. **Required Qualifications*** High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 4+ years OR Associate's Degree and 2+ years OR Bachelor's Degree in sales, clinical, medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or related experience.* Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3.* Ability to relocate within the United States.* Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory and maintain a valid driver's license. **Preferred Qualifications*** 1-3 years of sales experience.* Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or other technical environments.* Ability to learn and apply complex clinical and technical concepts.* Leadership experience through work, volunteer organizations, student organizations, athletics, or community involvement.* Project, internship, or rotational program experience supporting business or customer-focused initiatives.
