Job summary

You will perform comprehensive assessments, monitor telemetry and vital signs, administer medications, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition.

Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, you will coordinate care and support patient and family education to promote understanding and safe care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license.
• Experience in acute or step-down unit preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing assessments and document clinical findings.
• Monitor telemetry and vital signs, recognizing and reporting critical changes.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
