Qualifications

• Current FL Nursing License required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Care for surgical patients on the medical step-down unit, including telemetry monitoring and vasoactive medication administration.
• Perform tracheostomy care and provide patient/family teaching.
• Assess and document patient status, respond to emergencies, and ensure safe care transitions.
