Qualifications

• Licensed in Ohio as a Registered Nurse.

• A nurse returning to acute care after five years may need a refresher.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS as determined by unit scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Act as a patient advocate for safe care, including delegation and participation in performance improvement.
