Kettering Health Main Campus in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts. The RN provides nursing care using the nursing process in collaboration with health care providers and remains accountable for professional development within legal scope.

Ideal candidates are Ohio-licensed with BLS; BSN preferred and ACLS/NRP/PALS as required by unit. This role emphasizes patient advocacy and adherence to safety and performance improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Licensed in Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN, ACEN, or CCNE) if new graduate.
• BSN completion within 5 years is preferred.
• Nurse returning to acute care after 5 years may need a refresher course.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS as required by unit scope.

Responsabilidades
