Job summary

Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar group, offers a 12-month STEP rotational program designed to educate and develop emerging professionals across multiple areas including warehouse/logistics and sales. The program includes site and corporate exposure, on-the-job training, e-learning, mentorship, and residency trips.

Graduates with a BA/BS in business-related fields and a minimum 3.0 GPA are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Possess an enthusiastic/self-starter attitude
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable team player

Responsibilities

• Participate in the STEP rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics and Outside Sales/Specialty Track
• Gain hands-on experience in site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and the Sonepar USA operating companies’ business philosophy
• At program conclusion, present to the Executive Leadership team on key strategic initiatives
• Engage in team-building activities, all-expense paid travel to different company locations, and dedicated mentorship

The Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program (STEP) is a (12-Month) dynamic, intensive rotational program designed to educate, train, and develop skills in emerging professionals and help establish your career. You will get hands on experience in every aspect of our business through on-the-job, e-learning, subject matter expert training, and residency trips. This rotational program includes exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and the Sonepar USA and our Operating Companies’ business philosophy. At the conclusion of this dynamic program, you will have the opportunity to present to our Executive Leadership team on key strategic organizational initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required

Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000
