AIM Georgia, LLC is seeking an energetic educator to join a groundbreaking 6-12 STEMM academy focused on healthcare in Georgia. You will design project-based, rigorous instruction and blend clinical concepts with academics to prepare students for high-demand medical careers.

As a mentor and curriculum leader, you will guide middle school students toward early high school credits while collaborating with high school faculty, college partners, and Grady Health System to ensure real-world relevance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and state teaching certification in Georgia for middle grades or secondary education.
• Experience and commitment to high academic standards and diverse student success.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver rigorous, project-based instruction aligned with Georgia Standards of Excellence in STEMM.
• Develop students’ critical thinking, problem-solving and communication for healthcare pathways.
• Use data-driven assessments to differentiate instruction and maximize growth.
• Mentor middle school students and support early high school credits through dual enrollment.
• Collaborate with leadership to design interdisciplinary health science units and curriculum.
• Engage in professional development focused on STEMM pedagogy and innovative teaching.
• Partner with high school, college, and industry (including Grady Health System) for curriculum transitions.
• Contribute to a professional, rigorous school culture reflecting AIM’s equity goals.
