Job summary

YES House is seeking a Learn and Grow Program Specialist to plan, organize, and conduct activities at the Learn and Grow site as assigned by the Program Coordinator. This role also assists with day-to-day operations and program implementation.

The ideal candidate has GED or HS diploma, 2+ years in youth services, and experience in Elementary/EC Education, with a willingness to adapt and engage with children K-6.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication required.
• Maintain confidentiality of clients and staff.
• Experience in Elementary or Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities aligned with STEM goals for K-6.
• Develop STEM curriculum integrating 21st century skills.
• Coordinate with school districts and community partners.
• Lead or assist activities with staff and volunteers.
• Maintain program records and grant documentation.
• Support program staff and coordinate calendars and agendas.
