Job summary

The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring (TPAPT) is seeking entry-level educators to provide in-person 1:1 tutoring for high school students at our Hingham, MA center. Sessions are 60–90 minutes long, with 3–12 hours weekly and weekday availability from 2pm to 8pm.

We offer an above-average pay rate starting at $40+ per hour and a supportive environment with scheduling handled by TPAPT, allowing you to focus on teaching and mentoring students in your preferred

Responsibilities

The Position:

Provide in-person 1:1 tutoring sessions to students in grades 9-12 at our learning center in Hingham, MA.

Tutoring sessions last 60-90 minutes.

3-12 hours per week of availability and the ability to work between 2pm-8pm during the week.

• Earned Bachelor’s degree.

• Expertise in the subjects you wish to tutor and the ability to teach them to a diverse range of students.

• Capable of quickly learning new technology and apps.

• Teaching, mentoring, classroom experience, tutoring experience preferred but not required.
