Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley is seeking an After-School Teaching Specialist for the Code & Create program. You will deliver engaging coding, robotics, and digital arts lessons using iPads across multiple Silicon Valley clubhouse sites, supporting youth development and creativity.

Part-time, 20 hours per week, with a focus on hands-on learning, classroom management, and community engagement. Background checks and certifications are required; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of teaching or instructional experience (STEM/tech preferred).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Tech‑savvy and eager to learn new tools (iPads, MacBooks, Apple apps).
• Must pass background check, TB test, and hold (or obtain) CPR/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to multiple sites.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
