SimVentions, Inc. DoD SkillBridge Internship Program invites active duty service members to gain civilian work experience in Technology and Innovation, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Cybersecurity.

The program runs in the last 180 days of service, with service members remaining on military pay while industry partners provide training and real-world projects. This opportunity develops leadership and technical skills to ease the transition to a civilian

Qualifications

• Currently serving as an Active Duty service member and eligible for SkillBridge.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
• Eagerness to apply military experience to civilian career in tech fields such as Technology and Innovation, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and support cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to project completion through research, analysis, and reporting.
• Participate in team meetings and share input based on your background and expertise.
• Gain experience with technologies, tools, or processes relevant to the role.
• Build professional skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
