Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience with middle/high school programs and first-generation, low-income students.
• Knowledge of federally funded grants (GEAR UP, TRIO) or similar programs.
• Ability to deliver college access services within K–12 settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and implementation of STEM-focused programming (50%).
• Coordinate events, workshops, camps, and partnerships with higher ed and industry.
• Align programming with curriculum frameworks, outcomes, and grant expectations.
• Support site coordinators with program implementation and STEM activities.
• Develop family engagement programming and postsecondary planning activities.
• Ensure activities comply with federal grant requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership and other staff to deliver program goals.
• Travel across Washington State as needed.
