Job summary

University of Washington’s Office of Minority Affairs and Diversity seeks a Program Operations Specialist (STEM-Focused) for the GEAR UP RISE UP initiative in Toppenish, WA. Qualifications

• Experience working with middle and/or high school students.
• Experience with US Department of Education-funded federal grants (e.g., TRIO, CAMP, GEAR UP) or similar programs.
• Experience providing college access services in a K–12 setting.
• Knowledge of Washington State postsecondary education systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead STEM-focused programming and ensure alignment with grant objectives.
• Coordinate STEM events, workshops, and partnerships with higher ed and industry.
