Job summary

Angelo State University is seeking a Student Assistant to support the College of Science and Engineering with STEM outreach events, communications, technology activities, program preparation, and general office tasks.

Duties include assisting with STEM outreach events, camp activities, preparing materials, leading activities, and assisting with social media and basic tech tasks while engaging professionally with students, educators, families, and partners.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently enrolled student and registered for classes.
• STEM major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with STEM outreach events, school visits, camps, and Mobile STEM Innovation Lab activities.
• Prepare, set up, clean up, and organize outreach materials and equipment.
• Help lead activities and communicate professionally with students, educators, families, and partners.
• Assist with social media, basic technology, and other assigned tasks.
