Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in program coordination or grant-funded project management.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong data management and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency with standard productivity and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual application and selection cycle end to end.
• Coordinate onboarding for each incoming cohort and bridge placement.
• Track scholars' progress with GPA, engagement, and milestones.
• Plan mentor matching and cohort programming across projects.
• Coordinate industry internships and liaison with partners.
• Prepare data and narratives for NSF reports and budgets.
