Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) is seeking a Project Analyst I to support the User Success and Experience team in coordinating projects across departments. The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders and applying project management practices from inception to closure.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of project coordination experience, with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
As part of the User Success and Experience team, the IT Project Analyst will assist in coordinating projects initiated from different functional areas at WPI. They will work closely with key stakeholders and project team members while utilizing project management processes and best practices from project pre-inception through closure with effective transition to support.
Salary Grade 7: $62,500 - $70,720 per year (depending on experience)
Salary is based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity; generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
