Job summary

Great Oaks Legacy Charter School is seeking a Network Achievement Director (K-8 STEM) to lead content strategy and instructional leadership across our PreK-12 Academic Team. You will align curriculum, assessments, and interventions to network goals while building the capacity of school leaders and teachers.

You will drive data-informed decisions, coordinate professional learning, and engage families in the learning process to elevate student achievement across Elementary and Middle Schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Four+ years of teaching and leadership experience; previously served as a School Director/Assistant Director or network leader for 2+ years.
• Deep content expertise in literacy and the Science of Reading; strong standards and assessment knowledge.
• Strong data analysis skills to diagnose challenges and recommend next steps for instructional leaders.
• Proven track record of driving academic achievement.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage micro-details and big-picture planning.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive and self-directed; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual content vision with scope and sequence for K-8 STEM/Humanities.
• Lead alignment of curriculum, instruction, and assessment with network goals.
• Coach and develop leaders; conduct observations and provide feedback.
• Analyze student achievement data to inform decisions and adjustments.
• Lead network professional development for teachers.
• Engage families and communities in the learning process.
• Lead or manage a vertical/horizontal function of the Teaching & Learn Team.
