Job summary

Qualifications

2+ years experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, camp counseling, youth volunteer).
Ability to implement curriculum and provide constructive feedback.
Excellent written and verbal communication with students and families.

Responsibilities

Supervise and instruct students in STEM subjects with a safe, dynamic learning environment.
Deliver STEM lessons tailored to ages 4–14 and varying skill levels.
Promote fundamental STEM skills and assess student progress.
Manage groups with attention to behavior, health, safety, and personal development.
Ensure student and team safety and well-being at all times.
Plan daily lessons in a creative and engaging way.
Collaborate with fellow Activity Specialists on daily tasks; be a positive role model.
