Job summary

Impact Kids is seeking experienced STEM instructors to inspire and educate children aged 4 to 14, delivering engaging lessons in a safe, fun learning environment.

You will collaborate with fellow Activity Specialists, communicate clearly with students and parents, and uphold the Impact Kids core values in every interaction.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; a minimum of 2 years’ experience with children is expected, along with background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with children.
• 1–5 years experience teaching STEM subjects preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and instruct students in STEM subjects, ensuring a safe and dynamic learning environment.
• Implement STEM lessons catering to students aged 4 to 14 with varying skill levels.
• Promote fundamental STEM skills to enhance students' knowledge and proficiency.
• Group supervision of students with attention to behavior and group management, health and safety, security, and personal and skill development.
• Ensure the safety of students and team members.
• Organize and prepare daily plans in a fun and creative manner.
• Use effective classroom management to lead activities and create an inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with fellow Activity Specialists and serve as a positive role model to students.
• Follow the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and uphold company policies.
