Employees will have first access to opportunities to transfer to other departments and explore new roles as positions become available, providing a pathway for professional development within the organization.Required:Must be at least 18 years old.Comfortable working with children ages 6–12.Knowledge of basic coding concepts and educational coding platforms.Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.Willingness to learn 3D modeling/design software.Ability to pass a background screening.A plus if you have!Coursework or degree in Computer Science, Education, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.Experience teaching coding, robotics, digital design, or STEM programs.Experience working with children ages 6 - 12.CPR/First Aid/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).Physical RequirementsMust be able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and actively participate in youth program activities.
