Job Description

Spaulding High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated STEM Educator to inspire and prepare students for careers in engineering and avionics. This position is funded through the Ron York Scholarship Endowment, which encourages students to pursue college majors in engineering. The successful candidate will collaborate with community partners, local businesses, and our Work‑Based Learning Coordinator to develop hands‑on learning experiences and educational pathways for students interested in STEM fields.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an engaging STEM curriculum with a focus on engineering and avionics.
Collaborate with Vermont‑based businesses to establish work‑based learning opportunities.
