Ideal candidates are those with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities include creating innovative STEM opportunities, monitoring student progress, and fostering a safe educational environment. Evenings and weekend work may be required.

• Demonstrated experience in math, science, technology, or engineering.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate STEM-powered programming and ensure compliance with expectations.
• Create opportunities for developing digital fluency in STEM.
• Monitor participants' progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Build relationships with clients and families and maintain a safe environment.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
