Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or four years of related experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of five years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Independently performing iPSC culture, maintenance, expansion, cryopreservation, and differentiation.
  • Designing and troubleshooting complex cell-based assays and related techniques.
  • Characterizing iPSC lines and differentiated products using flow cytometry, immunocytochemistry, qPCR and microscopy.
  • Maintaining accurate lab records and preparing technical reports.
  • Managing lab operations including inventory and equipment maintenance.
  • Training junior staff on stem cell culture and SOPs.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on standardized organoid models.
