Responsibilities

• mouse breeding, genotyping, maintaining mouse strains and data collection.
• cell culture of pluripotent stem cells and directed differentiation; weekends/holidays may be required.
• molecular biology analyses (DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, RT-PCR, Western blot).
• contribute to publication of study outcomes.
• maintain records and laboratory safety compliance.
