Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have an MD and/or Ph.D. in bioengineering, biophysics, stem cell biology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and applying spatial imaging omics to study stem cell and neuronal plasticity at single-cell resolution.
  • Engineering novel tools to integrate live-cell or biomolecular imaging with spatial omics.
  • Investigating stem cell fate decisions and exploring their regenerative potential in aging and disease models.
  • Performing spatial omics protocols on cell culture and tissue sections, sequencing library preparation, standard molecular biology and biochemistry methodologies, tissue culture techniques, genome editing.
