Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with sterile tissue culture and PCR.
• Experience with molecular biology techniques and plasmid handling.
• Experience with human pluripotent stem cell culture and CRISPR genome editing.
• Knowledge of lab safety procedures and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Culture and maintain pluripotent stem cell cultures.
• Support an hPSCs genome editing workflow and quality control.
• Assist with molecular biology protocols and tissue culture.
• Plan, design, and conduct experiments with PI guidance.
• Maintain lab safety and oversee supply management.
