Job summary

Tecta America is seeking an experienced steep-slope roofing crew lead for our Cincinnati area team. You will command a crew across shingle/steep-slope roofing, slate, carpentry, siding, and gutters, delivering safe, high-quality results.

Ideal candidate has strong leadership with at least 6 years on steep-slope roofs and a track record of efficient, detail-oriented work on exterior trades in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 years of leadership experience on steep slope roofs.
• Experience across roofing trades: shingle/steep-slope, slate, carpentry, siding, gutters.
• Ability to lead a crew safely and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Pay range: $28-32 BOE

We are seeking a skilled crew leader with experience across a variety of roofing and exterior trades, including:

• Shingle & steep-slope roofing
• Slate roofing
• Woodwork & carpentry
• Siding installation and repair
• Gutter installation and repair
• Working safely and efficiently on steep-slope roofs
• Performing high-quality work with strong attention to detail
• 6 years of leadership experience on steep slope roofs
