Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking a RoofField Inspector to join our independent contractor network. You will conduct assessments on steep and high roofs, evaluate exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections using cutting-edge technology.

Requirements include a reliable vehicle capable of carrying a 32' ladder, access to a Lidar device, and proficiency with MS Office (Outlook/Teams).

Qualifications

• Ability to safely navigate and inspect steep/high roofs.
• Ability to perform inspections in varied weather conditions.
• Professionalism and empathy when dealing with insureds.
• Roofing/construction background or insurance claims experience is a plus but not required.
