Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking RoofField Technicians to join our independent contractor network to inspect steep and high roofs and evaluate property damage for insurance claims.

You will use lidar-enabled devices and MS Office to document findings and support underwriting inspections, helping prevent further harm until permanent repairs are completed. An entrepreneurial mindset and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status with ability to transport equipment
• Ability to inspect steep/high roofs safely in varied weather
• Professionalism and strong customer service skills
• Willingness to obtain required certifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on steep/high roofs and assess exterior/interior damage
• Perform underwriting property inspections for claims management
• Utilize lidar device and document findings clearly
• Assist in preventing further damage until permanent repairs
