Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking RoofField Technicians to join our network of independent contractors. You will conduct assessments on steep and high roofs, evaluate exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections using advanced technology to prevent further harm until permanent repairs are completed.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle (truck, van or SUV) with capacity for a 32’ ladder.
• Lidar-equipped device or the ability to obtain one.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook & Teams).
• HAAG Certification is a plus.
• Able to obtain required certifications to join contractor pool.

Responsibilities

• Inspect steep and high roofs.
• Assess exterior and interior damage.
• Perform underwriting property inspections.
• Use technology to evaluate property damage and prevent further harm until repairs are complete.
