Job summary

Kinsley Steel, Inc. seeks an experienced Steel Welder for a full-time on-site role in York County, PA. You will weld structural steel parts to drawings, operate overhead cranes and associated tools, and uphold strict safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include interpreting fabrication drawings, maintaining a clean work area, and collaborating with team members to ensure timely, accurate completion of projects. Competitive pay and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Pass a 3G weld test with 1/16 flux core wire.
• Experience with D1.1 codes and 2G/3G welds.
• Three years of overhead crane operation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
• Flexible schedule, including overtime and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Weld structural steel parts per detailed drawings and weld symbols.
• Operate overhead cranes and related tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and communicate with team members.
• Ensure workmanship meets quality standards and project specs.
• Follow all safety policies and assist as needed on projects.
