Responsibilities

• Review work orders, instructions, and specifications to plan welding and fabrication activities.
• Gather necessary tools, equipment, and materials for assigned projects.
• Fabricate and repair metal components using welding, cutting, and burning equipment.
• Prepare, position, assemble, and tack-weld components prior to final welding.
• Monitor welding and fitting processes to prevent overheating, warping, distortion, expansion, or shrinkage.
• Inspect materials and equipment for defects or damage and report concerns to supervision.
• Maintain welding equipment and a clean, organized work environment.
• Follow established safety procedures and quality standards.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Steel Welder to support the fabrication, assembly, and repair of industrial equipment and metal components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding and fabrication experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow work instructions and specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• - Review work orders, instructions, and specifications to plan welding and fabrication activities.
• - Gather necessary tools, equipment, and materials for assigned projects.
• - Fabricate and repair metal components using welding, cutting, and burning equipment.
• - Prepare, position, assemble, and tack-weld components prior to final welding.
