Greif is launching a new steel tube production line and seeks a hands‑on technical maintenance leader to drive startup and long‑term reliability. You will support commissioning, installation validation, and ramp‑up, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process issues, and establish maintenance routines to improve uptime and throughput.

During ramp‑up you will guide operators and technicians, then transition to preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, driving equipment performance

Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical certification in relevant maintenance field preferred.
• 4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Steel tube manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with tube forming systems, HF/ERW welding, sizing and cutoff processes.
• Strong mechanical, electrical and instrumentation troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Support startup: commissioning, installation validation, testing and ramp‑up activities.
• Troubleshoot roll forming, welding, sizing, and related equipment issues.
• Validate performance and adjust settings to improve stability and throughput.
• Lead maintenance routines and baseline practices during ramp‑up.
• After ramp: perform preventive and predictive maintenance and improve OEE.
